Morning or afternoon, come and visit nearly all sections of the Berber market and see marvels of Moroccan handicrafts: slippers, pottery, precious metals, silk, and other Moroccan goods. Strolling through the souks is a wonderful feast of the senses and the pleasure is all greater when you deal or bargain - in a Berber way - with the shopkeepers just like the locals do for a ring, carpet or rare and fragrant spices. End your tour with the most lively and authentic spectacle in the famous Jamaa el-Fna square.

Excellent guide that provides a lot of background

I had limited time in Marrakech and Mohammed was invaluable in getting me oriented, showing me the highlights, and introducing me to some of the back scene activity that if you wonder on your own you will not see. He really brought the old market to life for me in detailing what I was looking at, the historical significance, and being an all around great guide. He is very personable, well versed in the history and lore of Marrakech. I highly recommend him to others who want a person guide. It is well worth the expense.

Brilliant!

Mohammed was an excellent guide - he was friendly, very knowledgeable and took us to places which were off the beaten track. We would heartily recommend his tour: excellent value and great for getting your bearings in what can be a daunting city. With Mohammed we felt safe, we were entertained and we learned a lot. Thank you very much Mohammed!
